today i noticed that one of my powerheads is sucking water in the front and spitting it out of the sides instead of vice-versa. how do i fix this

Email them and tell them to send a new piece. That's what they did to me for free.

In the meantime, unplug it and plug it back in until it starts the right way.

^^^ that's pretty much it. Mine does this almost all the time after a water change. It's something to do with the powering off or unplugging it.

I don't think the company will do much TBO, I just unplug it and then plug it back in, problem solved.
