Thoughts I L.E.D. lights. I am using T5's now. Should I upgrade. I'm trying to do a reef tank.

What brand fixtire do you have now? How many bulbs? What is your goal to keep in your reef? Do you want clams or anemones? Or maybe SPS?

My light has four 54w lamps. 2 10,000k 2 460/420 and 6 blue l.e.d.

I think what you have now is probably sufficient for most corals. Alot depends on the brand, if they are individually reflected bulbs and what brand of bulbs you have. Also, what size tank? If it's bigger than a 55 you might need an upgrade for coverage in the tank. :)

might need it but it all depends what he wants to house in there. theres really no point to upgrade if you're already using T5s, they are not an in efficient bulb so there is no need to worry
