I am considering getting a LED fixture (30"-36" long for a 33" long /48 gal tank) to replace my 150w MH + 2x96w PC fixture but I want a fixture with legs that will stand on top of the tank. My wife does not want me having something hanging from the ceiling nor do I want the arms coming from the back of the tank. The only "decent" LED fixture of this type that I am seeing is the Marineland double bright, but I have read that the amount of light it provides is marginal for keeping corals. I would like something similar to that, but with much more output. Multiple cords for timers would be good as well. I do not want to spend $800 for a fixture either...

Please let me know of any good LED fixtures I should consider...

Aguaticlife just came out with an led fixture with legs. You can also link up to 4 fixture together. Only problem is they are brand new and are only 1/2 watt led's. Not much info on them yet.
