LED Moonlight?

Hey guys, I was wanting to try to set up some led moonlights for my 65 gallon FOWLR tank. I have been looking around at some of the websites like marinedepot.com and so forth, they have a lot of options out there. My one complication is the army decided to move me to Germany, so I am limited to 220v power. Does anyone know of any lighting out there that is dual voltage? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
