How would one of these lights match up with a 55g? Would I need more than one?

Ok so here's a better question. What is the largest tank that you think ONE of these fixtures could support?

I'm about to pull the trigger on these 120W Dimmable 55 3W LED Aquarium Tank Light Marine Coral Grow Light Black Case | eBay
are they as good/the same as the Tao's? I cant find anywhere that will ship Taos to canada, plus these are a little cheaper.
