Light fixture

I have a 5.5 gallon tank with 3 inches of clearance on top for a light. What would be a good light. That's under $20 and can grow lo light plants? Thanks.

Imo any warm, white LED aquarium light that fits should do it as not a great tank depth.

An incadecent or florescent light bulb lol.... $20 is pretty cheap, LED will be a stretch.
