Question Light is blinking due to surface agitation

I installed the LED over single T8 bulb, now I see that the light is blinking due to surface agitation.

Even my moonlight is blinking...

It's OK? It won't stress the fish?

LED make the water flicker and its perfectly normal and imo looks awesome. No it won't affect the fish at all
