Light issues!!!!

I just got new bulbs for my tank light and this is all they will do. Any idea?

I see a starter on your fixture.....that might be the problem and not your ballast

Is that the white round thing? Lol I don't know much about the fixtures.

Look up your light fixture & model number if you can.... The starter may or maynot be the problem. Light fixture looks old & if cost for a fix/parts exceeds for a new one..get a new one as you didnt know. Home depot, Lowes etc will have fixture like this and the new fixture might save you on cost of running them for the year. (T5's) If your happy with your lights and the way they look stick with watt/size etc. Good luck!
