Lighting

I have the following lighting on my 36 gallon.

Aqua light 30" - High Output T5 - Dual Lamp

It has the standard bulbs that came with the unit. It would be about 18 to 20 inches from the light to my substrate. Is this adequate to add any corals or the like?
