Lighting

I have a 105 Pacifica led light on my 16 gallon nano is that to big

As long as it is dimmable you'll be fine

Yes that is very powerful light! You will have to be careful not to bleach your corals

Likely not if it's not labeled as dimmable it is what it is! Either set it up so it can be raised or you will have to start with it only on for a short period of time and increase that over a few weeks
