Lighting and Powerheads

Christmas time!!!! So I have a 20 gallon saltwater tank but I'm gonna turn it into a reef tank. I found a lighting system online, is this okay? T5 Quad 20" Aquarium Light HO 72W Cichlid Marine Reef LED 4X 18W Lamps Nano | eBay

Also how strong do I need a powerhead to be?

What kind of corals are you planning to buy? This will help determine how much power from each powerhead as well as lighting.

T5s are nice. My overall preference will lean toward D120 LEDs and jebo wp10 for my 20g reef.
