lighting basics?

Hi everyone,

I have 2 of these: Odyssea Metal Halide System

I know about the fires in 2006, etc. on these modules already.

Here's my questions.

1) there are 4 actinics per fixture. With actinics are there things such as 15k, 20k, etc?

2) This states it has a 15k HQI bulb which seems to be fine. Is a 15k good for LPS corals? So far LPS corals and some SPS are my favorites to keep in my tank.

Anything else I should know/consider on lighting?

Just checking in. can someone please tell me if all actinics are simple blue or if there is a k rating to them like halides.

Looking to order my replacement set so I have on hand, but what should I look for so I know I get a good bulb?
