Lighting for 29 Gallon

What is the rule of thumb for lighting a [acronym:fbe6b03ce4="Saltwater"]SW[/acronym:fbe6b03ce4] [acronym:fbe6b03ce4="Fish only with live rock"]FOWLR[/acronym:fbe6b03ce4] tank?

Can summone recomend a good set up for starting a 29 gallon sw tank?

If your going [acronym:604f8171fc="Fish only with live rock"]FOWLR[/acronym:604f8171fc] [acronym:604f8171fc="Normal Output Fluorescents"]NO[/acronym:604f8171fc] lighting is sufficient! If you plan on going reef down the road you will want more, then your talking about [acronym:604f8171fc="Metal halide light"]MH[/acronym:604f8171fc], [acronym:604f8171fc="Power compact fluorescent"]PC[/acronym:604f8171fc] or [acronym:604f8171fc="Very high output fluorescent"]VHO[/acronym:604f8171fc] lighting!
