Lighting for 5 gallon

Got a 5 gallon with a hood, but it didn't have a light. I currently have an incandescent bulb on it, but it looks terrible. What lighting should I get? I'm going for cheap, but still looking good! Fake plants so i don't need great lighting for live ones.

You can always do some live plants like Java Fern/Moss and for lighting you can do a standard spiral cfl that is listed as "daylight" or "6000-6700K"
