lighting for a 40 gallon breeder

i have a 40 gallon breeder that im going to make a reef tank but im not sure what kinda lighting i should get i was thinking about the Coralife Aqualight Double Compact Fluorescent Strip Lights36"192Includes a 34" 96 watt
Actinic & a 34" 96 watt
10,000°K bulb
(Square pin base)

but i dont know how much wattage i would need im still pritty new to the saltwater world any suggestion would be great
