Lighting for a 5.5 gal

What would be a good cheap lighting system for a 5.5 gal that could house plants?

On Amazon you can get it from third party sellers for $25.99. If you do the 35 bucks one, you get free shipping. Lighting isn't really cheap, haha. XD

This is what the fixture looks like on my tank. http://cdn.aquariumadvice.com/forums...0&d=1316723916 I have lots of wisteria, two anubias nanas, some java moss, dwarf hairgrass, and some Rotala rotoundifolia that I'm trying to grow back. Granted, I'm dosing with fertilizers and CO2.

Just a betta. Tried to put him in with some shrimp after rescaping to confuse his territory, but that didn't work out, so he's in a different tank. It's just the shrimp now.

I got one of these, very cheap at Walmart and the daylight bulb 6500k that fit it. I think I spent under $20.00 for both:
