Lighting question

I am in the process of upgrading my 40g lighting so I can add a few more plants. I was wondering since my tank is very deep, 30 inches, what's a good wattage to attain?

I found this kit and was wondering if it would be any good for my tank and if anyone has it? I would get two of these and do a four bulb setup for around 96 watts.

Use this chart I did not create this, I found it here but just saved it for quick reference. Also, try to avoid the WPG "rule" when using HO's; it's not very accurate.
