lighting repair question

I have 4 catalina T5 lights, one of the lights is no longer working (it is not a problem with the bulb itself). I believe the lights come with 2 ballast that control 2 bulbs each. My question is, Does this sound like a ballast problem or something else? Not sure how to fix this....I would appreciate any help. thanks

nevermind, each bulb has its own ballast, i guess one on the ballast must be out,.

could someone please point me in the right direction as to what ballast to get for a 4 x 48 catalina T5 light bulb. I looked on the catalina website but not sure if im ordering the right thing. Thanks
