Lights what would you do

I have a 150 tank fish only. Not going to corals ever but I need lights. I like the simmer effect the kessil give off but hate the price I would need three. Any suggestions

Any LED unit will give you a shimmer off of the water. It would only be a matter of finding a unit that matches your budget since the fish don't really care what lighting you have.

it depends on how much you want to spend , I just picked up some Chinese leds under $100 per unit and I love them , there called mars hydros 165w dimmable

Hi bishop, if you search on YouTube, there is a guy called "the king of DIY." He builds all of his own tanks and equipment . I know he has a video on building led aquarium lighting on there. Maybe that would help you. Also, most of his builds are geared toward quality stuff at low price. Hope this helps.

Okay I order vipar led lights. Hopefully they work out. If not I'll go with kessil later.
