looking for Thermometer switch

I'm looking for a thermometer switch, something I can use to monitor the temperature of my aquarium, and will interrupt the power supply to my heater when the temperature exceeds a set value.

I'm looking for something basic and solid, that I can use to override my heater if it's internal thermometer breaks and it tries to boil my tank. I just don't trust heaters these days.

I don't really want to spend big bucks on aqua-controller or something, anyone know anything cheap or DIY I could use?

Something like this? It's not all that expensive, but not what I would consider cheap.
