Loud filter

It's my first time buying an aquarium....I bought the Led minibow 1 by Aqueon. Is the filter suppose to be so loud? or does that mean somethings wrong with it?

itll be a little bit loud but shouldnt be anything too crazy, gotta remember that its a $20 kit, so the quality isnt really top notch in there.
