I finally got my 140 Gallon freshwater tank cycled in and populated with a blue peacock, red peacock, 3 blue zebras and a dwarf pleco. I have about three bamboo plants, a java fern, and a mixed clump of crypt/other species.

I would like these plants to grow well, and have been supplementing the tank with chelated iron. Any low cost solutions for keeping these plants healthy and thriving? I've been eyeballing the larger qty pond supplements and considering the Hydor C02 setups? My goal is cost efficient, easy to use, doesn't take up a lot of room.

Any advice is highly appreciated...

With that size tank, using the Hydor or equivalent CO2 setups is going to be difficult. Cost and time considered, a pressurized system will suit your needs much better in the long run.

How much light are you running? Also, look at the greg watson dry ferts, very cheap and very good stuff to use for fertilization.
