Mag pump??

I have a 30 gallon long with a ten gallon sump in the making. I was wondering what mag pump or any other would be good for this tank. It isn't drilled and I don't have an overflow

You can get a HOB overflow. That`s what I used for the forst 7 yrs when I had my 55 reef.

I know but what gph should get for it and should it match the pump? Thanks for the info though
