Marineland 37 gal kit

So my local Petco has a Marineland kit. 37 gal. LED kit. It has a Penguin 200 biowheel filter and a 200 watt heater. I know the heater should be plenty but was just wondering if that was a decent filter. Its 109 bucks for the whole kit. I didn't think this was bad. Does anyone have any imput on this?
