Massive sump

I am going to have a massive sump which is going made up of big rubber made containers which will be about 100 gallons I know I need a big skimmer and reactor but I will also have big space for other things what could I have in there? like live rock or what?

Either a refugium section or an algae turf scrubber. Also pumps to run any media reactors.
