It's a normal price. What are you lighting? You probably want a hobby grade lamp, and not an industrial grade lamp as you have there. the color won't be what you want.
These are more geared towards what you probably need-
175 Watt Single-Ended Metal Halide Light Bulbs

I see your signature states a freshwater tank and a FOWLR. Neither of these need metal halide lighting. Unless you have photosynthetic creatures, you might want to skip the halides all together and save the $$ on the electric bill.

I hope to go to some coral in the future. That was the lighting that came with my setup i bought from cl. Right now i have duncons, kenya tree and few things im not sure what they are i will attach pic. The lighting i have has been in use for little over a year do u feel i need to replace bulbs right now with what i have

Yes, you definitely need to replace metal halide lamps about every 8 months to a year and the ones you need are the ones in the link I posted, not the ones you asked about. I would go with something about 14,000 to 20,000k in color. You will love how your tank looks.
I always liked the look of the Phoenix 14k and the XM 20k.
