Looks fine to me, check his feedback on the negitives see what you think of him.

I emailed a few people about this item. One said that when they recieved it, one bulb one not work, and that one of the ballast caught on fire....

The other person was very happy with the lights...

Most all the feedback is good....

Well all I can tell you is if something goes wrong take pictures, have plenty of proof for when anything goes wrong.

The ballast looks really cheap from the picture.
