I'm wondering what people do to solve their microbubble problems...

I'm gettin' tons of them, it makes the water look cloudy. Will they diminish with time, it is a new set-up.

Any suggestions?

bubble trap...basically it's an "S" curve in your sump that the water has to flow through thus eliminating bubbles. I have one on my sump, it's the thing with three verticle glass seperator panels.

if you dont' have a sump...i'm not sure how you'd get rid of them

If you can figure out where they are comming from it may help to solve the problem. I have/had the same problem. My canister filter occasionally spits out quite a few but they are usually gone in a few minutes. To reduce the number entering the tank from my skimmer I've attached a piece of filter floss to the output lip.
It seems with age they do reduce, my tank has now been up for 1 year and I have a lot less. Or, maybe I'm just getting used to them...
