Need 175w Metal Halide lamp recommendation

I need a recommendation on a 175w Metal halide lamp. I'm leaning toward the Iwasaki 15k bulb. Can anyone recommend this or another bulb? I currently have 2 175w MH bulbs and 2 110w vho actinics. Please indicate reason for recommendation.

I have read a lot of suprisingly good reviews on other forums on reef optics bulbs http://www.reefopticslighting.com/ they are super cheap. I have not personally tried them but this thread is a pretty in depth review of them. Considering the price, it's worth it to even just try them out.

I've heard great things on the Iwasaki and XM MH bulbs but I only have experience with XM bulbs.

I really like them, but there are a lot of options out there. If you have never checked out Sanjay Joshi's Lighting page, you should.

He has done a lot of work with spectral analysis of different MH lamps and plotted a lot of them out. You can do your own comparisons on there and read his articles.

Thanks for the link. I did see this. I ordered the Iwasaki and will compare them to the AB bulbs I had.

I purchased the Iwasaki 175w 15k bulbs and they were delivered on Friday. It's only been two days, but I immediately noticed how much more brighter (and whiter) the tank looked than it did while using the AB bulbs. The colors of the corals are better too. I also have uri super actinic vho's. The actinics only provide the best coral colors. Actinics along with the the AB bulbs give me the same colors as the iwasaki only bulbs so I don't need to run the actinics and the Iwasaki's to get the colors that I had with the AB. The actinics with the Iwasaki provide better colors than the others except the actinics only. The only problem with the actinics only is the tank is too blue. I like the Iwasaki bulbs.
