Is biorb a good tank name. Anyone has one? Hows the maintenance and cost. Worth the money or not?

Man I've seen those, but honestly, a good ole fasionshed 10 or 20 is just as good and half the price

It's cool looking, but way too pricey for my budget. I opted for the Fluval EBI (Flora is a good plant version), I really like the setup and the price was right.

Just like hippy guy said, you can get a bigger and better aquarium for the same price you pay for a biorb.

I like getting bigger tanks so that I can keep more fish or bigger fish. I can't do much with a 3 gallon tank.

Yeah spot on. And with the european tanks becoming more popular (the bow fronts and crecent shapes) there are all sorts of far out options. ( personally want a 50 or 60 bowfront next, with a 30 gal sump) plus with bigger tanks, you can have an impressive swarm of smaller fish (like tetras) and in 20 or more groups, that can be very impressive, paticularly at feeding time..
