Hi!, I am thinking of buying my first aquarium now I have researched alot and saved up money to buy the aquarium. But I have a limited budget but enough to buy atleast a 30 gallon tank now my main question is how should I allocate my budget for example filter 10% or the tank 60%.

P.S: Sorry for the long question and I know about the fish cycle and I intend to invest more afterwards. :thanks:

Hello, not sure if you had this answered. My experience is to buy the largest tank you can. The rest can follow.

I agree x1000. It'll save you a lot of headaches to start out with the largest tank you can afford. This will also give you a lot more stocking options. 40B or 55 are good sizes if you have the money and space.
