need help removing drilled intake part?

It looks to me like the threaded part of the pipe passes through the hole in the tank from the inside and is sealed and held in place by the large nut and a thin layer of white mastic.

If that is the case, then what you need to do is hold the pipe still to stop it spinning (you may need stillsons to do that which you could put on the threaded bit to avoid damaging the glass)) and use a large spanner such as a tap spanner (if you're in America that might be called a faucet wrench or something lol) to undo the nut. If the nut is really hard to undo, you might make it easier by cutting out some of the white mastic.

the bulkhead just looks like it's siliconed to the glass. I'd just cut the silicone and then the the nut just screws off.
