I was thinking about getting a reef octopus calcium reactor and a neptunes reef apex controller and monitor. What does everyone think about these products. Would it be a good investment?

The control-ability. I have the AI module for my lights too. I have the Apex Lite, with the AI module and PH probe. It just gives me piece of mind and I can check on things from anywhere with the app. I will say it's a PITA to set up the lights if you go that route and there's a separate wifi gaming adapter you will need to set it up wirelessly.
