New 20 gallon tank for 2 goldfish

I just upgraded from a 10 gallon tank to a 20 gallon tank for my 2 goldfish (and snail).
I bought a new light, filter, pebbles, plants, and figurines for the new tank as well.
I filled up the water and added water treatment to make tap water safe and eventually transferred my fish.
The water has begun to seem cloudy (3 days later) and i'm not sure why.

Any ideas on why and how I can make the water less cloudy?
Are there other fish that can clean the water or any treatments I can use or I can buy?

You bought a new filter??? Okay, here are two things you need to read:

1. The (almost) Complete Guide and FAQ to Fishless Cycling

2. I just learned about cycling but I already have fish. What now?!

Replacing your filter gets rid of all that beneficial bacteria and you'll have to start your cycle all over again.

Could you give us the ammonia, nitrites, and nitrate levels of your tank?

Did you move the filter from the ten to the twenty with them?

Water changes are always a good idea. Do one.

the factor with the plants could also be the case as well as cycling of the tank.
