New here...I need help with my eheim filter flow.

I posted a concern about the GPH on my eheim ecco pro 2236 a few days ago. I then followed advise to clean lines. The pump came back but 3 days later, it slowed again. I cleaned it again but did not achieve the same flow. I cleaned it last night with the same results. ANY suggestions, ANY ideas would really help. I contacted the company but the time difference is slowing dialog.
