Noisy/Vibrating Marina S10 filter

Recently I purchased Marina S10 filter. Motor is vibrating a lot, vibrations are transferred to my tank and stand. I already replaced impeller but it did not help. I contacted Hagen and they want me to send it in for repair or replacement.
Does any one else experienced that?
I am afraid that replacing the motor might not help.
Should I just get a new filter?
