Not Enough Blue

Well as most of you know im re-opening up my 20 gallon reef. Currently my lighting is an Aqualight Single power compact lighting fixture. with 50/50 65watts. and in the front of the tank i put an sinlgle bulb hood with an actinic bulb ( 16 watts ). Well my question is, is there anyway to make the tank look more blue? The front of the tank looks kind of blue but towards the back (the 50/50 bulb) it isnt very blue at all.

blue background maybe. or an actinic bulb. or there are variuos cheap LED actinics. prbly wont do a whole lot but maybe.

There is a new light, it's a 4 strip LED light. I've seen it at bigalsonline.com. I also own one. It's very good for my 20 High in making it blue and mine is a 50/50. But like I said, you can purchase one that has 4 blue LEDS.
