not sucking!

i have a fluval 103 external filter, but for some reason it isn't sucking, i only cleaned the filter out a few days ago, what could be wrong?
any help would really be appreciated.

IT could have lost its syphon. There could be an airbubble where the impeller is. If you tip the filter over say 30% to the left and right and front to back will it start up again? TIlting the filter should allow the impeller to come into contact with the water.

If you lost syphon when you cleaned it then you will have to prime the filter per the instrutions that came with it.
