number of maxijets for a 29 gal

What are you guys/gals thoughts on number of jet (figured 2) and size (400,600...)

have biowheel (Iknow,I know) and HOB skimmer
Bought a Rio but will just use it for water changes.

How much current do I need if for right now all i want to have is 2 clowns in addition to below.

I have a 1200 a 600 and mag5 pumping out of a sqwd. I dont really think its enough, I was thinking of uping to a 900 or another 1200 instead of the 600.
