Odyssea Lights Help.?

Just bought a 36" 192W Dual Strip Compact Fluorescent Light Fixture, which has one 96W bulb 12000K & one 96W bulb actinic, and 3 moonlights...but only has one power cord. Has anyone with this light rewired the fixture with 2 power cords.? Im not worried about the moonlights but want to put the other lights on timers. Can someone explain how to rewire the light fixture
