Outdoor Aquaria Heater?

Does anyone know of a company that makes 300W heaters that are suitable for outdoor use? It seems that all I can find are pond de-icers and indoor aquaria heaters.

Thanks for the ideas. These are for several 50 gallon polyethylene cylinders filled with water
