OK so i am ordering an overflow. I have a brand new may 9.5. What rate overflow should I use with a pump this size. I figure the pump will return about 750-800 gph.

Just want to add I will be going with the CPR overflows so if someone could just recommend a size. That would be awesome.

Get an overflow rated greater than your pump. Otherwise, you will overdrive it which is noisy and may potentially overflow the tank unless you throttle the pump back. I'd want to get all I could out of the return pump.
