PFS where is the best place to get it?

I am looking to put sand in my tank and I red that PFS (pool filter sand) is the best. But where would I get under $25?

Pool supply stores. In NY I get mine at Leslie's Pool supply. I think a 50 lb bag was $11 last time I got one a year or so ago.
