What if you run the gfo in the second one that way the flow isnt as forceful by the time it gets too it? It may have no effect, just an idea.

Ok so got my reactor, pump, & gfo from BRS monday. Havent had the time to install it yet but hopefully will do so tomorrow. Would it be best that i run both in and out lines into the return (last) chamber in my sump? The 1st chamber is packed and the 2nd is a fuge with macro and rock. Any 'best' method of running the lines?
Sorry, forgot to update. The reactor is installed with both lines in the return (last) chamber in my sump. Takes a few days or so to get it tumbling correctly, i still tweek it from time to time. Seems to be working good. Only thing i dont like is the very nonflexible tubing they sent with it and the mounting bracket just doesnt hold it quit level but i have fixed this issue with a nylon bolt and a suction cup.
