Planted lighting 55 gallon

Would a 48" coralife t5 NO with co2 and flourish on a 55 gallon tank be sufficient lighting for plant growth

It would be sufficient for low light plants.

I bought a second dual t5 no fixture

That probably puts you in the medium light range - you should have no trouble with most stems and other medium light plants.
