I am changing out my power compact bulbs and I remember my LFS telling me to cut back the light. If I am not mistaking I believe you cut back the lights 2 hours. However does that mean both blues and days or just days. Right now I have blues turn on 1 hour before days and also blues stay on 30 min after days go off. Pretty much blues are on longer than days. So do I cut back on time on both lights or does day lights only matter. Thanks in advance.
