I only run 2 koralia 1400's in my 125g plus the return. I find that is good for my tank. I have a six foot tank too.

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.

I have mine on each side of the tank pointing towards each other and upwards a bit. The flow of water from each will splash with each other getting you a good current. You'll end up messing around with it for a bit to get it just right, you don't want a sandstorm but you also want to maintain flow. I've been throwing around the idea of adding a koralia 750 to my back wall to make the flow even greater. lol Just haven't tried that yet as the ones I have seem to do a good enough job.
