Powerhead for a long 40 gal tank

tank is 4' long and I'd like to get a mellow powerhead for it.

I've got a some small pristellas and a couple of paradise fish and don't want to blow them out with too much force but give them some "exercise" and I'm not really sure what size / kind to get.

Your tank cannot be complete without a pleco. It's IMPOSSIBLE.
