Price fair?

Someone I know offered me this "deal" yesterday. What do you guys think?

Complete Hydor pressurized CO2 system (not the paintball system) with diffuser and 20lb bottle...

He wants $100. Assuming everything is working properly, is this a good deal? He said the tank is nearly full.

If the cylinder is up to date on it's hydro test, it's worth far more than that alone. I'm not sure how much it costs to refill one where you are, but a 5lb is $25-30 around here, I can only assume a 20lb would be at least double, probably 4x as much.

I'd snatch that up asap... if the cylinder is up to date and everything looks good.
