Problem with my outlet

About a month ago I purchased one of those day/night outlets. It works for about a week before it randomly resets itself. Is it a battery issue or the outlet itself?

Can anyone help me? It just keeps resetting and messing everything up.

Is it the powerstrip timer? I have the coralife power center and the battery is weak and it keeps resetting itself. One time my Metal Halides were on for 24 hours because of it. Changing the battery should help.

OK I shall try that then. Thanks. Mine is the powerstrip timer. Its not the coralife but the reptile version, but is the exact same thing.
